The Society was pleased to host a private viewing of My Line is a Living Memory, a body of work by the Kurdish artist Osman Ahmed.

The evening included a talk by the artist, alongside H.E. Karwan Jamal Tahir, the Kurdistan Regional Government’s High Representative to the United Kingdom, who reflected on the exhibition and Osman Ahmed’s work.

Bringing Kurdish art and artists to new audiences in the United Kingdom is central to the Society’s cultural programme, and we were delighted to share the exhibition with our guests.
